These terms are the agreement between you and Corra, and by creating an account you accept them. Corra is currently free, in early access and provided as-is, which changes what you can reasonably expect from it — so those limits are stated plainly rather than buried.
Corra is for K-12 educators aged 18 or over. You need a Google account to sign in, and you need whatever permission your school or district requires before putting student information into a third-party tool. Confirming you have that permission is your responsibility, not ours.
You keep every right in the classes, students, plans, drafts and documents you put into Corra. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the service — to store your content, display it back to you, and process it through the systems described in the privacy policy. We claim no ownership, and we do not use your content to train AI models or to build other products.
The list is short and mostly obvious.
AI output in Corra is a draft and nothing more. It can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken, and it must be reviewed by you before it reaches a student, a family or an official record. Corra deliberately requires your approval before any AI-suggested change is saved, and you remain solely responsible for the professional judgement in the final version.
Corra is free while it is in early access, and there is no payment processor connected to it. If paid plans are introduced later, the pricing page will be updated first and account holders will be told by email before any charge exists. Nothing you create during early access will be locked behind a future plan; export remains available.
Corra is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. There is no uptime commitment, no guarantee that a feature will keep working the way it does today, and no promise that the service will continue indefinitely. This is a real limitation of an early, free product, and you should keep your own copies of anything that matters — particularly anything that belongs in your school system of record.
To the maximum extent the law allows, Corra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits or lost time arising from your use of the service. Because Corra is provided free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, and where that is the case they do not apply to you.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account, which deletes your data. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, that puts other people’s data at risk, or if the service itself is discontinued — and in that last case we will give notice and a window to export, rather than switching it off without warning.
These terms, together with the privacy policy and the cookie policy, are the whole agreement. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Questions about these terms go to aoneahsan@gmail.com.
